Introductions only
Oxford Matchmaker is an introductions service. We help participants discover and coordinate potential matches, but we do not supervise or control interactions between users.
User responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions when using the service.
- meet in public places when meeting someone new
- use your own judgment before sharing personal information
- treat other participants respectfully and lawfully
Acceptable conduct
Harassment, abuse, impersonation, scraping, and misuse of participant information are not allowed. Oxford Matchmaker may remove access where necessary.
No guarantees
Oxford Matchmaker does not guarantee compatibility, conduct, availability, or any particular outcome from a match or introduction.
Safety and reporting
If you encounter a safety concern or inappropriate behaviour, contact Oxford Matchmaker promptly through the service email channel so the issue can be reviewed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oxford Matchmaker provides the service on an as-is basis and is not responsible for the actions, statements, or conduct of participants.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
